Returns & Exchanges
If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns or exchanges. See return qualifications and return process below for further return instructions.
Return Qualifications
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt (If it is not a product quality problem, you need to pay the return freight).
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Return Your Items?
- Contact our Customer Service Department at service@switlife.com to approve the return. The content of the email should include the purchaser's name, order ID, and reason for return. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (Switlife.com is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
- Most returns are processed within 10 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Note:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we will resend new items for you at no additional charge or issue a full refund after the issue is confirmed.
Exchanges
If you have decided to exchange an item you ordered for another product on our website, go ahead and place an order for the new item! Then follow the above steps to return the item you'd like to return. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive them.
